Prayers

Opening:

Lord Jesus, let me be wheat sown in the earth, to be harvested for you. I want to follow wherever you lead me. Give me fresh hope and joy in serving you all the days of my life.

Read:

2 Corinthians 9: 6-10;

Psalm 112: 1-2, 5-6, 7-9;

John 12: 24-26

Do you hope in the Lord and follow joyfully the path he has chosen for you?

For reflection:

“I run because long after my footprints fade away, maybe I will have inspired a few to reject the easy path, hit the trails, put one foot in front of the other, and come to the same conclusion I did: I run because it always takes me where I want to go.” -Dean Karnazes
