Charlotte and I made you a saintly workout to get ready for All Saints tomorrow!!! Hope you enjoy!  We had fun putting it together :)

Share this workout with your friends for a fun All Saints workout. And check back here tomorrow for an All Souls workout!

We’ve adapted a novena from Pray More Novenas for this workout.

How it works

Here’s a handy, pinnable reference for you to print out:

10 Minute St. John Paul II Workout.jpg

Open up with an Our Father and a warm-up move.

Then go through your nine moves while praying to ALL of the saints (see below).

Finally, end with an Our Father (about 20 seconds) and the same move as the warm-up.

Go through the entire workout just once for a 10-minute sweat session, or up to 4 times for a 40-minute one!

TIPS: You can easily make a voice recording on your phone with the prayers and exercises listed! And if you aren’t sure what a certain exercise is, you can use our best friend Google.
