Hi ladies,

Do you have running wisdom to share with other Catholic women? We want you to join our writing team! It doesn't matter if you are a new or old runner, a cradle Catholic or a recent convert. Your thoughts are a valuable part of our community.

We welcome (and will continue to welcome) submissions to our blog. But we'd like to add to our group of women who are interested in contributing more regularly. If that sounds like you, apply to be a contributing writer!

What does a Catholic Women Run contributor do?

  • Contribute a post 1/month or every other month

  • Participate regularly in our Facebook group

  • 9 month commitment: 2/1/2018 – 11/1/2019

The types of things we’ll discuss and write about:

  • Reviews of running products, such as clothing, sneakers, arm bands, etc.

  • Music, podcasts, and books to listen to while running

  • Advice on environmental factors, such as running in the summer, running safely, running after dark

  • Healthy recipes and snack ideas

  • Cross training plans for runners

  • Instructions for stretching or strength workouts

  • Other strategies we use to care for and stay attuned to our bodies

  • Reviews of books and other resources you have found helpful as a Catholic woman and a runner

  • Info on saints who inspire you as a Catholic woman and a runner

  • Advice on balancing running with the other things we are called to do, like working or caring for family

If you are chosen as a contributing writer, we will ask you to suggest potential topics you are interested in for each 3-month cycle, then we will schedule them based on the needs of our readers.
