Prayers

Opening:

Lord Jesus, fill me with your love and increase my thirst for holiness. Cleanse my hart of every evil thought and desire and help me to act kindly and justly and to speak charitably with my neighbor.

Read:

Galatians 3: 1-5;

Luke 1: 69-75;

Luke 11: 5-13

What can we expect from God, especially when we recognize that he doesn’t owe us anything and that we don’t deserve his grace and favor?
