Strength

Spend at least 30 minutes strengthening your muscles (and spirit)! If you need ideas, check out our strength routines here and here.

 

Prayers

Opening:

Lord Jesus, fill me with your Holy Spirit and give me joy in seeking you more closely. Increase my faith in all your promises, my hope in the joys of heaven, and my love for You as my All.

Read:

1 Chronicles 15: 3-4, 15-16, 16: 1-2;

Psalm 132: 6-7. 9-10, 13-14;

Luke 11: 27-28

How strong is your hope in the promises of God? Do you live in the joy and confidence of God's indwelling presence with you through his Holy Spirit?
